Family Friends Education and Employment Services (FFEES) is an organization that helps Canadian employers access diverse talent and to fill labour shortages. The employment needs of companies are met through matching vacancies with refugees from outside the country who are in need of economic opportunities. Canadian firms, from industries with labour and skills shortages (such as healthcare, retail, fast-food, agriculture, hospitality, janitorial services, abattoirs and construction), are able to access labour and to have a positive impact on society, thus contributing to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The FFEES Organization assists in this matching process and provides support services to the incoming workers so that they can settle and can become economically self-sufficient.
